Hexagon AB has completed their acquisition of Intergraph Corporation. for a purchase  price of $2,125M.  Intergraph is a global provider of enterprise engineering software and geospatially powered solutions that enable customers to visualize and manage complex data

Intergraph is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hexagon AB. Intergraph will continue to operate under the Intergraph name/branding and will become the core software growth platform for the Hexagon business.
Through its measurement technology, Hexagon produce a tremendous amount of data from various sensors. Intergraph's  software will act as the "presentation layer" to visualize this data to help create actionable intelligence for both organizations' customers.
