TÜV Rheinland Sonovation joins Nuclear AMRC

TÜV Rheinland has been accepted by the Nuclear AMRC, based at the University of Sheffield, as a Tier 2 member. The Nuclear AMRC combines industry expertise and university innovation to improve capabilities and performance along the nuclear supply chain. Over forty companies, including reactor vendors, manufacturers and specialist equipment and service providers, have now joined as full members.

The biggest new research and development facility built in York, UK, in the last five years has been acquired by international engineering business Renishaw in a multi-million pound deal.

Figures released on 26th February show English manufacturing SMEs are optimistic for growth in 2013, reinforcing recent economic forecasts predicting an upturn in the sector.

ATS and Verisurf Software partnership
